Ayurveda Relax is a refreshment and relaxation programme. It includes some basic procedures. In case of specific health issues and Dosha status, the Ayurvedic doctor may prescribe additional procedures.
The programme includes:
- An Ayurvedic consultation, including pulse diagnostics
- Yoga/mountain walk – a session per day
- Meditation – a session per day
- Lectures on Ayurveda and Panchakarma
- 3-day accommodation at GreenLife Ski & Spa Resort, Bansko
- Ayurvedic Sattvic food (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner)
